Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails (LUPEC) hosted a reception to raise money for In Sisterhood in honor of Women's History Month at the screening of "Passion & POWER" on March 23, 2011 at the Pittsburgh Filmmakers.

Patricia Boutique, located at 115 Center Avenue in Aspinwall, donated 10% of all sales over a 3-day period in September 2010 to the In Sisterhood project.

In Sisterhood hosted a panel discussion entitled "The Feminist Movement in Western Pennsylvania: Yesterday & Today" on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, 1:00-3:00 pm, at CCAC - Allegheny Campus, Auditorium, Tom Foerster Student Service Center, 808 Ridge Avenue, Pittsbugh, PA. The discussion was moderated by Patricia Ulbrich, with panelists Alma Speed Fox, Jeanne Clark, Heather Arnet, and Joyce Beckenridge.

In Sisterhood's second annual "Celebration of Women’s Equality Day" took place on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, 5:30 - 8:00 PM at The Twentieth Century Club, 4201 Bigelow Boulevard in Oakland. The event was sponsored by Akoya.

Feminist Reunion, First Unitarian Church, Pittsburgh, PA, August 24, 2008. This celebration of Women's Equality Day and Phyllis Wetherby's 80th birthday included a slide show featuring portraits of the participants and production shots as well as short presentations by three activists who participated in the oral history project.
